Professional asphalt maintenance services

SealQuoter focuses on extending the life of your asphalt through proper surface preparation, quality materials, and measurement-based pricing — starting with sealcoating and scaling as needed.

Our Core Services

Hot Oil–Based Sealcoating (Spray Applied)

Our primary service is hot oil–based asphalt sealcoating, applied by commercial spray equipment for uniform coverage and professional results.

  • Helps protect asphalt from UV, water, and oxidation
  • Restores deep black finish
  • Even, streak-free spray application
  • Designed for residential driveways and small commercial lots

This service is what our online estimator prices.

Granular Crack Filling

Small cracks allow water to penetrate beneath the surface, leading to larger failures if left untreated. Granular crack filling is used to seal minor cracking prior to sealcoating.

  • Helps prevent water intrusion
  • Improves overall sealcoat performance
  • Best suited for isolated or light cracking

Note: Minimal cracking may be included with sealcoating. Heavily cracked surfaces require additional repair.

Saw Cutting & Asphalt Patching

When asphalt failure goes beyond surface cracking, proper repair requires removing damaged sections and installing new asphalt.

  • Saw cutting clean edges around failed areas
  • Hot or cold asphalt patching depending on conditions
  • Compaction for long-term durability

These repairs are recommended when sealcoating alone would not produce lasting results.

How Pricing Works

SealQuoter’s online estimator prices sealcoating only, based on accurate square-foot measurements drawn directly on the map.

If your asphalt is in good condition, with minimal cracking, crack filling may be included in the quoted price.

If the asphalt surface is in poor condition — including extensive cracking, alligator cracking, or failed sections — additional services such as crack filling or patching are priced separately.

This approach ensures fair pricing: you’re not overpaying for repairs you don’t need, and problem areas are addressed correctly when they do exist.

Why This Matters

Sealcoating is not a structural repair. Applying sealcoat over failing asphalt may improve appearance temporarily, but it won’t stop deeper deterioration.

Our process focuses on long-term results — recommending additional services only when they’re necessary to protect your investment.
